Day 11 - Recovery

Hey friends, hope that all is well with those who read this. Janelle and I had a rough morning/previous night yesterday because of being pretty tired and trying to deal with the probability of another potential surgery. Still no word yet, but they are continually monitoring Hadley. She had a great day yesterday! When we got here yesterday morning and got an update with Hadley, she was doing very well and the decided to remove the nose tubes. So now, with the exception of some IV's, pic lines, and her feeding tube, she is pretty normal looking. She is such a trooper and pretty much slept all day yesterday. I think she needed the rest. She looks good this morning as well and is just getting another feeding through the tube while Janelle is holding her! THEY ARE BOTH SO BEAUTIFUL! Now, we're trying to get her used to feeding by using a binky and some of Janelle's milk. She is responding better today than she has in awhile so we are hopeful. Have a great day friends, and we can't thank you enough for your support. I know I say it almost everytime but we wouldn't have the strength without your support.
